[jdev] Criteria Checking functionality

Hi All,

My friend asked me if there was any module available for jabber doing 
these kind of functionalities (these are hypothetical examples quoted as 
of now):
* Assume that the jabberd server has got 100 users limit (specified 
probably as a configuration), and there is a 101st user coming to 
register with the server, the server should say that he cant register, 
as the threshold has been reached.
* User can have only 10 buddies in their roster list.
* User can send only 10000 messages per day.

Is there any module which can provide these whacky functionalities? If 
not, I would love to build it, can you give me suggestions on how I 
should progress, should it be ideally developed as a wrapper over c2s? etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

P.S: Nobody seems to have tested by jabber bookmark directory module 
:-(. Can somebody give me a feedback about it, once you try it out :). I
