[jdev] File xfer gone wrong?

Nope, nothing else running on that port (I even followed your
suggestion.) The Psi client will even tell you if the port is in use
already as it starts up, whic is what happens if you run 2 Psi clients
at the same time. I'm still stumped on this.. :(
