[jdev] xhtml support

This is off topic for jdev but no, entering a custom domain/IP for the 
server is not supported by Pandion.
Pandion does support SRV records which can do the same thing.
Pandion also supports resource binding so the server can give you a 
different JID than the one you entered at the log in.
