[jdev] Resource binding question

Hi,

If there is a stream over which Resource Binding has successfully
happened, should the client be allowed to perform Resource Binding
again if it requests?

This scenario is explicitly allowed in the case of Session
Establishment where the server allows the client to perform Resource
Binding with another resource identifier.

My question is basically whether this should be allowed in other
circumstances as well - the RFC doesn't mention anything explicitly
about this.
