Have I struggled with that....
My first host wouldn't let me run php scripts for more than 20seconds.
My new host host gives me a jailed shell so screen doesn't work.  For
the time being, i'm keeping an ssh session open in a screen on one of my
servers... This is horrible and ugly - suggestions welcome.
