[jdev] Error when running proxy65

I typed this to make the tap file:

mktap proxy65 --jid=proxy65.##.## --secret=##### --rhost=###.###.##.## 
--rport=10015 --proxyips=###.###.##.##

the rhost and proxy65 are located on the same box so they are both the 
same ip

i am using the latest version of twisted 2.0.1
