Hi,

I think it's more interesting if the authority would actually sponsor 
someone to write this JEP plus implementing the JEP to provide a public 
service.

It seems they are using Web Service to provide public access to their 
information. We should encourage them to also use XMPP because of the 
"push" advantages of using XMPP and integration of presence.

Does anyone know someone working there?
