Yes. JEP-0133 is a wonderful step forward. In developing my personal list of tools, I used it as a starting point. Unfortunately, my list does not have an "included in JEP-0133" flag ;( Stupid on my part not to have indicated this.
Here is a list: (in no particular order)
Just noticed that I have both GetActiveUsers and GetOnlineUsers....perhaps Active would be better described as NonIdle so some such language.
* AddUser
* ChangeUserPassword
* DeleteUser
* DisableUser
* EnableUser
* GetUserRoster
* UserDirectoryRegister
* DeleteMessageOfTheDay
* DeleteWelcomeMessage
* EchoDaemon
* EditAdminList
* EditBlacklist
* EditMessageOfTheDay
* EditWhitelist
* EndUserSession
* GetActiveUsers
* GetDisabledUsers
* GetRegisteredUsers
* GetUserDirectory
* GetUserLastLoginTime
* GetUserPassword
* GetUserRoster
* LogoutUser
* OnlineUsers
* ParseActiveDirectoryDump
* RestartService
* SendAnnouncementToActiveUsers
* SetMessageOfTheDay
* SetWelcomeMessage
* ShutdownService
* StartService
* UserDirectoryUnregister
* VerifyUserLogin

Out of interest, what features do you think ought to be present in a set
of administration tools ?
JEP-0133 defines some as a starting point.
