Do you have a web page or some other material describing "Dialogue" 
In greater detail.  How is it similar to and different from existing
Systems ?

I am a student at Santa Clara University located in the Silicon Valley
area of California, working on a project named "Dialogue". Dialogue is
a new generation of Internet communications service based on Instant
Messaging (IM) chat technologies.

I am in the process of building an engineering team to partner with
and finish developing Dialogue.

I need developers with proven experience and familiarity with IM/Chat
software, web development and servers?

Preferably they would be located in the Silicon Valley area.
