There is nothing about sip anywhere. Is there any way of integrating both
protocols?

You should become familiar with jabber and SIP protocols. The former can be
learned by playing with the library of your choice (see
http://www.jabber.org/software/libraries.shtml ) and reading protocol docs
(JEPs). Probably same for the latter.
