Also <languages/> may be very usefull, spoken languages and skill (.
Something like:

<languages>
<russian>native</russian>
<english>not so bad</english>
</languages>

And <bookmarks/> for favorite links.

And an idea about retrieving profile: modes of getting profile: like
'full', 'textinfo',  'basicinfo' etc. Ex: 'basicinfo' - gets only
name, surname, nickname; 'textinfo' - gets all text information
without images.
