[jdev] Jabber/Helix Grant dead?

Sorry, the project has been cancelled.  The work was too large for the 
available funds, and there are some unresolved Helix SDK licensing problems.

This doesn't mean it can't continue some other day if these problems are 
resolved.  My work is publically available, and can be resumed.
