 Dear all,
  
  Am not sure if my issue has been resolved already. But here it goes...
  
  I have a PHP Jabber code. Trying to connect to a jabber server using port 5222 / 443. However, am having this error message: Warning:  fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]:  unable to connect to jabber.org.au:5222 (A connection attempt failed  because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of  time, or established connection failed because connected host has  failed to respond.  )
  
  I have posted this to some forums and they said theres a problem/bud  with PHP 4.0. So, I removed PHP 4.0 and installed PHP 5.0 instead. But  am still having this error message.
  
  Am using Apache 2.0 and PHP 5.0 now.
  
  Kindly help me on this. Appreciate for your speed response.
