[jdev] HTML display component for C++ on Windows + Jabber

Hi,

I am using the IE control in a C++ program without MFC. Advantage: no
download size. Disadvantage: Dialogs with embedded IE are slow to open.
Users need at least 2 GHz PC for the IE control to start quickly.
