Jabberd2 is not currently fully fault tollerant and fully clusterable but it 
can do a certain degree of clustering as you can use multiple c2s modules 
running on different machines which provides a degree of scalability, but at 
the moment it does have the limitation that the jsm module cannot be 
clustered.
