We are looking for a Test (QA) Manager

THE POSITION
The Software Test Manager will be responsible for commercial-quality full
life- cycle software testing of Antepo's OPN System on multiple platforms.
This leadership position involves working with product engineering, product
development and sales engineering to review and improve product requirements
and specifications; developing and executing test plans, test cases, and
test scripts based on specification and use cases, particularly for load
testing and performance testing; interacting and coordinating with Antepo
customers for large scale testing and industrial certification. The Test
Manager is based in New York City.


OUR REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent
technical training and professional work experiences.
5+ year industrial experience in full life cycle software testing and 
5+ quality
assurance.
Significant knowledge of QA principles, practices, and policies.
Significant expertise in manual and automated testing, black box and white
box testing, and state-of-art testing methodologies and tools.
Significant experience in defect tracking and incremental release.
Experience in large-scale commercial Java-based client/server systems
testing focusing on system load and performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with client/server messaging architectures, databases, directory
servers, packet routing principles.
Experience in system/network administration.
