[jdev] Submitting patches--how?

Hello all,

I am new to this arena, so have some mercy ;)

I have modified jadc2s-0.9.0.1 to be able to listen on one IP address
For cleartext connections and another IP address for SSL connections
(assuming that one is not using TLS).

Why?  So that I can have cleartext connections via 127.0.0.1 for 
Debugging while forcing all off-server client connections to use
Port 5223 which is configured to all SSL connections only.

The patch is rather small, even trivial, but seems to me to be useful.

How does one go about submitting patches in this project.
