In case you never heared about Virtual Presence: 
This is about meeting people on web pages. Every web page/site is a
jabber chat room. I hope that this helps to win the Virtual Presence for
Jabber. After all there are millions of potential VP users. Even those
who do not have instant messaging at all. All people who are browsing
the web are potential VP users. If we get them to use VP on Jabber, then
we get many more people to use the Jabber infrastructure and probably
also more Jabber servers deployed as virtual presence servers. That's
the dream.
