Did you check all of them if they are C++ ?
I asked for a C++/Windows project 20 months ago and got a similar
response. No libs then. So I did my own. It's an MSDEV project. License
LGPL. My code is a Jabber client with a Jabber parser based on expat.
expat included. But I do not have a separate lib. Could of course be
done by ripping everything else off the project.
