[jdev] IPTEL's SIP2Jabber gateway

From my looks at http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/jabgw/xjab-manual.html it
looks like this is meant for a SIP user to be able to access Jabber
functionality, by acting as a client proxy gateway. It seems somewhat
complex, and the configuration hard-codes the XMPP service
names/domains to send out the connection. As in most client proxy
gateways, passwords are stored in cleartext in the gateway, and special
addressing is required to get through the gateway.
