[jdev] Announce: LLuna 2.5.2 released

Hi,

there have been some changes requested by users. Changes are: 
- improved avatar positioning for different browser sizes
- better owner designation in MUC rooms
- improved re-connect on connection loss due to network drops
- chat log
- re-activated whiteboard, which suffered from the switch to 
  MUC as conf component
- re-activated actions (same as above)
- topsites now use the default browser
- added some MUC moderation
