[jdev] Implementation of <history> portion of MUC spec

I'm running jabber1.4.3 with MUC0.6. For the application I'm working on,
it would be better if the clients could avoid getting room histories by
including <history maxchars="0"/> in their intial presence. It doesn't
seem to me that this version of MUC supports that feature from the spec.
Are there plans to add that feature to a coming release of the
jabber.org MUC component? From what I can tell, there have been no new
releases of that component in a while.
