[jdev] Newbie, In great help

Today my roommate was showing me some Windows memory management utility.  The 
first thing I noticed is that it was unnecessarily using a custom window 
frame.

You underestimate the requirements of Windows apps these days.  It seems 
everything has to be skinned.  Thank you WinAMP!
