[JDEV] [ANNOUNCE] Loudmouth 0.15

Hi!

Wanted to let everyone know I just did a Loudmouth 0.15 release. The SSL
API has changed some, but for the price of getting much better error
handling with bogus certificates and the like.

What is Loudmouth:
------------------
Loudmouth is a small C library for writing Jabber clients written using
GLib. It's designed to be extensible while maintaining ease of use.

News in 0.15:
-------------
Fixed a bug triggered when you tried to disconnect a connection and
later connect it again. The SSL support has been improved by Colin
Walters. Thanks to Sjoerd Simons the async mode has been improved and
now the connect function is really asynchronous aswell.
