[JDEV] Writing a jabber client for Apple Newton

Hello,

   I'm looking for a simple program to look at to start a port of a 
jabber client to the Apple Newton platform (yes, I know it's dead.  
That's why we now have an MP3 player, 802.11b and Bluetooth support, 
and ATA Flash support..)

   I've got the iksemel library and jabberx client now, which are both 
written in C.  I've also got an XML-parsing library for the Newton 
(NTox, see http://www.40hz.org/NTox/) and an HTTP library (NHttp, see 
http://www.40hz.org/NHttpLib/).

   Can anyone suggest any other code, libraries, or snippets to look at ?
