[JDEV] using <archive> with a component - duplicate routed packets

Using the jabber:component:accept method

In the jabber.xml I have <archive><service>component</service></archive> and 
it seems to send 2 routed packets through, any idea why?


connecting to the server:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<stream:stream xmlns='jabber:component:accept' 
stream:xmlns='http://etherx.jabber.org/streams' to='component name'>

I then do the handshake

any ideas????
