Couldn't they always have alternative versions for the blind. You could speak
a word through the speaker, and require them to type it in. Then you would
have to be blind _and_ deaf to be forced to fail, but I'm sure there are
other ways.
What about riddles? Then you'd have to be blind, deaf _and_ stupid.
