[JDEV] Transports and unregistered Jabber accounts

You are right. If unregistering your account would remove subscribtions
correctly before purging the account, this would be the way to go. But
while it would be a very good idea to unsubscribe all contacts, the
current jabberd 1.4.x implementation just deletes the entries in the
spool file, not sending any unsubscribes.
The transports can not handle something they do not get ... I'll add
something the unsubscribes the roster when a user deletes his account.
