[JDEV] (WITHOUT BANDERSNATCH) forwarding all messaged passed through my jabber server

Quick Question

I would like to know how to setup my server, so I can have a client of my 
own connect to the server, and get all messages passed by the server.

I have full access to the server and would like to know if there is a simple 
way I can just edit the jaber.xml file or whatever to create a forwarding 
thing to a certain jid.
