[JDEV] forwarding all messaged passed through my jabber server

Hello Jim.
  With version 1.4 there is a module called bandersnatch.  You can google
for "bandersnatch jabber" and find more about it.
  I don't think there are any released options for v2 yet, but I'm (very
slowly) working on something like that, and probably others are as well.
