[JDEV] C++ Jabber Client

Jabberoo is the only formal C++ Jabber library I'm aware of.

Soon I hope to prepare Iris for public use, which is the C++ library used by 
Psi.  Note that it requires Qt to use.  I'll post more details later, but for 
now you can dig it out of CVS using the details here:
