I used InnoSetup for Gush and that was probably the most painless aspect of the 
whole development. InnoSetup is now bundled with ISTool which allows you to just 
  click through some options and thus avoid hand-coding the configuration file 
for the InnoSetup compiler. I think in total I spent about 30 minutes with 
InnoSetup before producing the finished product.
