I'm currently in the process of building a J2ME Jabber client that's 
primarily going to run on the SonyEricsson P800 (but I'm keeping other 
platforms in mind too). I'm not 100% sure about the licencing yet. I 
really prefer something GPL-ish but I'm working with a large telecom 
provider so the choice isn't only up to me...

I hope to have something usable around the beginning of march.
