When you enter the room the first time
You will become owner and can configurate the room
(where you probably set you want encription)
DURING this configuration time nobody else may enter
the room. Only after you send your configuration-message the room is
unlocked and other users can enter to see the traffic. But that will be
encrypted by then.

Is that enough ?
