IMHO, yes.  PyQt is a fairly complete Python binding to Trolltech's Qt 
GUI API/toolset.  Since both Python and Qt have been ported 
(separately) to many platforms I would expect that it shouldn't be to 
complicated to bring PyQt along for the ride.
