[jdev] Unable to see presences of other ICQ users

Hi All,

I think I may have hit a problem with the jit-icq transport. Previously 
the transport works for me perfectly. Starting from a few days ago, I 
am no longer able to see the presences of other ICQ users. I am able to 
publish my presence status, so that other ICQ users can see me online. 
I am also able to send/receive messages with other ICQ users. But I am 
not able to see other ICQ users' presences.

I have tried a few public ICQ gateways, including 
jit-icq.jabber.anywise.com. However, all of them have the same 
problems. On the other hand, when I try another ICQ account, it works. 
So the problems I am having now depends on the ICQ accounts being used.

Is it a known problem? Is there any workaround? Any idea? Any good 
public ICQ gateway I can try?
