[jdev] Implementation of JEP-0136 (Message Archive)

Hello again,

now that I've solved my problem with Net::Jabber ...

I've written a sample implementation of JEP-0136 [1] in Perl using
Net::Jabber. It's far from being useable in the real world but it does
the job (somehow). Perhaps some of you might be interested in this and
help developing it any further.
