This is no matters.
If you supplying solution for your partner - you can recommend using your 
"bundle" package.
If you releasing your product into the wild - it will be enough to specify 
dependance on pubsub service in the INSTALL file. 
The wild is great since every admin is on his own and if something not works - 
it's only his fault if he didn't RTFM'ed before installation.
