[JDEV] Problem in Mobile Programing

dear;
 
I m working in mobile programing for all java enabled mobile phones;
i have to create an application which use some data from mobile and process it.
It is basicaly an ecommerce project, can any body help me in this, which technology i have to use for this.i have knowledge of java and J2EE also if possible then some examles too.
I also want some idea about where i get the simulator for java enabled Nokia or other mobile phones to test this application.
Please help me to create this aplication, and is jabber is jabber also help me in this application.
