[JDEV] autconf jabberd 2 FreeBSD

To completely autoconfiscate a project run the following:

libtoolize --force --copy
aclocal 
autoconf
autoheader - configure.in
automake -a

You should then have a good configure script

Note that the bootstrap shell script should do this for you.
