FYI, I've updated the web pages for the Jabber Registrar as well as the
official protocol pages for the JSF. There is still work to be done, but
at least now you can actually find the XML schema files at the proper
locations for protocols that have advanced to Draft or Final. E.g.:

http://www.jabber.org/protocol/bytestreams/bytestreams.xsd
