I was reading your comments on MSN Messenger - ref:

Could you please enlighten me on the following:-

- I understand Messenger reverts to HTTP when it finds
there is no TCP available. I have tested this on a
Windows ME and it is so.
- Can i use MSN Messenger on Windows 2000 without TCP?
