[JDEV] Jabber message delivered to wrong recipient

IIRC, I saw something like this once in all my time using the jabber.org
server, but I can't remember what caused it. It was certainly a freak
occurrence and difficult to reproduce. There is a similar problem in the
old groupchat module (you join a room but show up as someone else), but
it seems that something like this can happen once in a long while in the 
jabberd 1.4.x code, too. Hopefully we won't see this ever in jabberd2.
