[JDEV] Jabber message delivered to wrong recipient

I'm not sure how or where to go about reporting this, so I'll try here.

Myself, two co-workers, and a random Norwegian just experienced a rather serious problem with Jabber.  A message I sent to one of my co-workers (who's client was offline at the time) was sent to this random Norwegian.  A message sent from another of my co-workers (to the same person) also went to the Norwegian.
This persisted until the person we were trying to send came back online.  Everything's been normal since.

I realize there can be no expectation of privacy when sending messages in any unencrypted form, but having messages acctually mis-delivered is rather disconcerting.

Please advise me if I've reported this in the wrong place.
