First.. it is not me who have written the document..
It seems like this is what Skype does to establish a stream.
I would prefer if this could be done in colaporation with the central
Jabber server, which could be used to exchange the portnumbers, etc.
I have by now no idea of the success rate.. but I really think that
transferring the streams over the central server should be the last
available option.
