[JDEV] 1.4.2 - create spool file in auth

I have an external java auth piece for a 1.4.2 jabber server (which uses
component's accept).
 
While the auth works properly, I'd like to auto-generate a spool file
rather than require each user to register...
 
Is there some sort of XDB set I can make from the auth piece to cause a
user's spool file to be created?
 
ex:
    user IQ-Get's login prompt
    user IQ-Set's login credential submission
    *if user's spoolfile is not there, generate one, via some iq or xdb
command *
