[JDEV] Open Source Java Jabber Server

AFAIK, OpenIM is the only open-source Java server for Jabber
functionality. You may want to work with the developers of that 
server on adding the features you want.

In general, it is a non-trivial task to write a Jabber server.
Beggars can't be choosers.
