It's used by amessage.info, a rather big Jabber server, for quite some
time now.

jabberd's default behaviour when configured with SSL was to listen on port
5223 even when there was no <ssl...> configuration. I changed this to be
consistent with the non-SSL behaviour (= don't listen if not configured).
