[JDEV] Where is JECL ?

I've contacted the folks at Jabber Inc. about this. It seems they
removed these files from their website (they got rid of all the 
developer pages, not just the JECL files). Once they send me new files,
I will post them at <http://jecl.jabberstudio.org/>. I'll announce to
this list when that happens.
