Yes, I think you are talking about the libqq,

However, the authors of libqq has never released any source code of the 
libqq, but only its binary form. The author has also stopped the 
development of the library, so I don't think it's working properly now.

Since Tencent could somehow force the author to withdraw the libqq 
development, is there any legal issue if we build a Jabber gateway into 
their IM network? Any thought on this?
